Chandigarh, Aug 1, 2016: Connect Broadband, market leader in the Wire-line and Broadband segment today announced the launch of ‘Connect Broadband’ mobile app for its customers. Available for free on Google Playstore and Apple App store, the app enables customers to manage data usage, pay bills, view last bills, activate / deactivate any service; raise requests/complaints, check complaint status, and their ongoing plan at just a finger touch.

The app is well designed and provides a personalized interface allowing customers to self-manage a bouquet of services on the move."
The App also has loyalty program feature which aims at recognizing and appreciating all Connect customers for every amount spent on the consumption of any Connect Broadband product or service. From activation of VAS services to paying bill online, customers can earn reward points. The earned points can be redeemed against wide range of products & services such as TOP UP’s (Local, STD, and ISD), Data on demand, and many more. The reward points are accumulated from time to time and customers can check them through app.
‘Connect Broadband’ app is available for free download. Android users can download the app from Google Play Store and iOS users can download the app from Apple App Store.
