An exclusive cocktail dinner of Ballantine’s, blended Scotch produced by Pernod Ricard’s was organized at the Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport recently.

Executive Chef Sudhir Pai showcased a special menu which was paired with vintage Ballantines. Terrine of ‘Sarson’ flavored chicken, eggplant & spinach, raw mango ‘sasam’, plum salsa was served with a 12 year old scotch. A 17 year old Ballentine was paired Curry leaf crusted Indian salmon, Malvani bay prawns, pak choi, cauliflower coulis, crispy lotus stem, vegetables. The guest also had Chettinad spiced New Zealand lamb chops, ‘Nihari’ jus, ‘Burani’ risotto, parmesan crisp, vegetables along with a 21 year old premium whisky.

The gathering was attended by the top officials of the Pernod Ricard along with various other important office bearers of IHG and department heads of Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport.
