Godrej Properties adds a new project in Bengaluru

The Mumbai-based real estate developer will develop a 100 acre residential project 

Godrej Properties  one of India's leading real estate developers, has entered into a partnership to develop a 100 acre residential township with its sister concern Godrej Agrovet. The project is located near Sarjapur in East Bengaluru. The proposed township has a developable potential of up to 830.000 square meters (9 million sq. ft.) of saleable area and will be developed as a modem residential development in multiple phases. The actual saleable area consumed on the site will range between 400,000 square meters and 830,000 square meters depending on the types of residential development planned. 

The location is well connected to key IT Hubs of Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Outer Ring Road and Electronic City. It also benefits from a well-developed social and physical Infrastructure making it a self-sustaining cluster. 

This project will be developed under the Development Management model.

Godrej Properties Limited announces launch of luxury and premium towers in Godrej Infinity

Godrej Properties Limited announced the launch of three premium towers at its township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune. Spread across 43 acres, with a total saleable area of approximately 3 lakh sq. m. (3.2 million sq. ft.), this project is located in Keshavnagar.

Godrej Infinity is a joint development project, being developed by Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group and Ekta World.

Of the three newly launched towers, Signature Tower, standing at 28 storeys, offers 3 BHK luxury apartments with carpet areas ranging from 96 sq. m. to 130 sq. m. Godrej Properties Enters Noida property

The Mumbai-based developer has announced a partnership with Lotus Greens to develop a 4 million sq. ft. residential project

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, today announced it has entered the Noida real estate market for the first time through a Development Management Agreement to develop a residential group housing project within Lotus Greens Sports City in Sector 150, Noida.

Spread over 36 acres, the project will offer approximately 370,000 square meters (4 million sq. ft.) of saleable area and will be developed as a modern residential development comprising of apartments of various configurations.  The site is within the 300 acre integrated sports city township being developed by Lotus Greens. The strategically located sports city has easy access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is planned to have modern amenities such as a world-class clubhouse, golf course, cricket stadium, tennis center, and football academy.

This is GPL’s first project in Noida and sixth within the National Capital Region (NCR).  Within five years of entering the NCR market, Godrej Properties has established itself as one of the market leaders in Gurgaon in FY15 and hopes to replicate this success in Noida.
