As an authorized Pega training implementation partner, TalentSprint together with Pega will be training up to 1800 graduates. For a nominal fee, students from institutes across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai will be trained by university faculty and TalentSprint instructors using market-leading tools and applications provided by Pega. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be prepared to pass the Pegasystems’ Certified System Architect exam to receive their final certification.

Adds Senior Executives for Channel Development, Delivery Operations, and Finance

Mumbai, 4 August 2016: TalentSprint, India’s leading Youth Career Accelerator, has announced the appointment of three senior executives to augment its leadership team as it prepares for rapid growth. The new senior executives will contribute to the company’s vision of accelerating the careers of one million youth in sectors such as information technology, banking, and education. 
The newly appointed leadership members include Praveen Kumar (Director, Partner Development), Rupesh Sinha (General Manager, Delivery Operations), and CA Shuba C Reddy (Director, Finance).

Praveen Kumar has seventeen years of rich experience in partner and channel development. With his prior experience with Usha International, TATA Tele Services, NIIT, Future Tree Learning, Everonn and MAGS Rural Education, he is expected to play a key role in building out a channel distribution strategy. 

RupeshSinha has twenty years of experience in academic operations and has worked at IMS Learning and various educational start-ups.  He will oversee delivery operations for the company’s growing network of contact and experience centers.     
    
CA. Shuba C Reddy is a qualified chartered accountant with ten years of experience handling financial controls, audit, accounting and legal compliance functions.  In her earlier assignments at Denty’s, Global Health City, and Trivitron, she was responsible for formulating and implementing financial and operational procedures and management information systems. 
All three positions will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Hyderabad.

TalentSprint, India’s leading Youth Career Accelerator, has unveiled a series of new digital programs aimed at BTech., BSc fresh graduates and final semester students who hail from non- metros and are seeking their first job in the IT sector. With a mission to empower one million youth realize their career dreams, TalentSprint intends to position these holistic, well-rounded programs as one-stop career solutions that can help rural and semi-urban youth overcome traditional barriers of gender, geography, and privilege. While young college graduates across the nation continue to aspire for the best jobs the IT sector has to offer every year, the intrinsic pattern of entry-level IT recruitment itself is undergoing a seismic shift.

Conventional on-campus centric models are giving way to off-campus intensive models. The old first-hire-then-train model is being replaced by a new first-train-then-hire model. These disruptions are being driven by a growing appetite among new startups and established companies to reduce their bench and training costs and increase just-in-time access to the right talent. Taken together, these trends effectively shift the entire burden of job-readiness over to the job-seekers, who now have to invest in the correct industry-ready skill courses and standardized employability assessments before they can qualify for high-value, entry-level IT jobs.

Bank job aspirants from 350 Towns across India have joined TalentSprint’s digital platform to prepare for the highly competitive Bank and SSC Exams. Thousands of aspirants irrespective of the location are now learning at their convenience from India’s leading faculty, thanks to the digital platform.

TalentSprint’s BankersChoice revolutionized the way aspirants across the country prepare through its online program since 2013. The adoption to the online platform increasing across the length and breadth of India including in tier2 and tier3 towns at unprecedented rates. For the year 2016, SBI has recently announced notification for appointment of clerks (13000) and officers (2200). IBPS has scheduled its exam in October 2016 and SSC – CGL exam is scheduled for July 2016. All these together will provide nearly 100,000 jobs for graduates.

Over 40 lac people appear for bank exams which provide around 80,000 jobs representing a minimum of 50 persons seeking every available bank job. To beat the competition, many aspirants seek out for professional support in preparation but the access has always been an issue owing to the market being serviced by a large number of unorganized and local players.  At present, there are at least 10 lac job-seekers in the country who go online to learn and prepare for various recruitment tests being conducted. This is because of three key benefits: access to top faculty, flexible learning and improved effectiveness.  With all the exams also going online, this population is expected to grow at more than 40% per annum.
