International Services Revenues at Rs 206 Crores growth of 14% YoY

Sonata Software, a global IT services and technology solutions company, today reported its unaudited financial results for its 3rdquarter ended 31st December, 2016.

Speaking on the results Mr. Srikar Reddy, Managing Director & CEO of the Company said -

“Revenues continued to grow driven by growth in existing clients and acquisition of new clients. It is a reflection of our strategy forward on key vertical offerings and digital platformation strategy based on IP and differentiated services. “

•EBIDTA at Rs 62 Crores: growth of 5% QoQ;

•PAT at Rs 39 Crores : growth of 2% QoQ;

•International IT Services:

•Revenues at Rs 206 crores : decline of 1% QoQ;

•EBIDTA at Rs 48 Crores: growth of 6% QoQ;

•PAT at Rs 30 Crores : growth of 3% QoQ;

•Domestic Products& Services :

•Revenues at Rs 416 crores: growth of 31% QoQ:

•EBIDTA at Rs 15 Crores: growth of 5% QoQ:

Sonata Software announces US patent for ‘Multi-channel delivery of augmented messages’ for Halosys Mobility Platform

Mumbai, 15 December, 2016: Sonata Software announced that its Unified Enterprise Mobility Platform Halosys had been granted a patent USPTO # 9,491,125 for its innovation on rule based notifications. The patent was granted for a key technology innovation in the Halosys platform that enables users to be notified across web, SMS, email and in-app push notifications based on events matching a pre-configured set of filters including the user’s location, time of day, along with the data from the event’s object graph. This patent has far-reaching implications beyond web and mobile, to automated systems that can trigger responses based on events in enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, enabling more intelligent and automated apps and bots applications to be deployed for digital business innovation.

Mumbai 08 August 2016: Sonata Software, a global IT services and technology solutions company, today reported its unaudited financial results for its 1st quarter ended June 30, 2016.

Speaking on the results, Mr. Srikar Reddy, Managing Director & CEO of the Company said “The quarter saw good top line performance across business divisions. This is a result of our execution of our IP led strategy of being a digital transformation partner across all our verticals and focus on digital technologies. The M&A done in the past have helped us attain a differentiated position as a partner for digital platforms. Another highlight was that two of our industry specific solutions for retail and distribution have become available on Microsoft’s AppSource that is an exciting emerging model for cloud based enterprise solutions”.

Ø  PAT at Rs.28 Crores : decline of 6% YoY;
Ø  Addition of 6 new customers.
Ø  Showcased retail products including Brick & Click and other solutions for retailers at “ReTechCon” event held in Mumbai, India.
Ø  Two solutions have been made available on Microsoft’s AppSource on cloud viz., “Advanced Supply Chain Software” for Dynamics Ax and “Brick & Click Retail Solution”.

Ø  Revenues at Rs.489 Crores : growth of 53% YoY;
Ø  EBIDTA at Rs.15 Crores : growth of 6% YoY;
Ø  PAT at Rs.9 Crores : growth of 5% YoY;
