Tata Value Homes introduces NHOD with Price Protection Plan
March 14 2017: Tata Value Homes, a 100 percent subsidiary of Tata Housing, introduced a price protection plan for its consumers along with the ‘National Home Owning Day’ today, a unique opportunity for aspirers to purchase their dream home with an easy payment plan. Commencing from March 17-19, 2017, the customers will be offered Tata Value homes price protection for the first time in India. The initiative coincides with Tata Founder’s Month, celebrated in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Tata Group founder Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata.  

As per the plan, customers can book homes by paying just Rs. 30,000 followed by 3.99 lakh for 1, 1.5 BHK; 6.99 lakh for 2, 2.5 BHK; 9.99 lakh for 3BHK and rest on possession or after 2 years. In addition to this offer, as part the celebrations of the Founder’s Month, the consumers would be entitled to a cash back of 50% of the booking amount.

Commenting on the launch of National Home Owning Day, Mr Tarun Mehrotra, Head – Marketing and Sales, Tata Housing said, “Over the last few quarters, there has been a steady increase in the number of enquires for our projects across the country. Keeping in mind the government’s thrust on the affordable housing segment, we are happy to announce the first of its kind National Home Owning Day with price protection and flexible payment option. We believe this special offer will further encourage the consumers to buy their dream home.  This initiative is testimony to our commitment towards providing value to consumers.”

Tata Value Homes recently announced its foray into Noida with the launch of a first-of-its-kind smart community codename: ‘Destination 150’. Developed in partnership with Lotus Greens, this 20-acre ultra-modern property will comprise six wings of 2 BHK and 3 BHK units starting at 50 lakhs and 57 lakhs respectively.
