Dr. Oetker India honoured with ‘Best Food Machinery/Equipment Award’ by ASSOCHAM



New Delhi, 25 February 2017: Dr. Oetker India, a leading purveyor of western cuisine to India was honoured with ‘Best Food Machinery/Equipment Award’ by ASSOCHAM at ‘The 10th International Food Processing Summit & Awards’. With the strong foothold in Food Processing sector, ASSOCHAM has been organizing various meetings, summits and awards to facilitate communication between the Government and the industry.

Mr. Mirza also addressed the session on “Make in India – A Platform for Investment Opportunity in Food Processing Sector and through 100% FDI in Food Retail”. The event brought together industry experts, policy makers and academicians from India and around the world that brainstormed to make India the food bowl of the world and push for ‘MAKE IN INDIA’ initiative of the Government of India. He shared insights on Dr. Oetker’s journey in India, quick glance through soon to be launched state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Kaharani, Rajasthan and initiatives for the next few years.
