Christmas garlands have been adorned with baubles, bells, stars, beads, ribbons etc in a color coordinated manner. A huge Christmas tree adorns the lobby. Christmas Eve dinner
An exclusive Xmas buffet will be served on Dec 24 at Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn. The multi cuisine buffet will include traditional festive specialties such as turkey and variety of desserts.
Turkey and roasted almond soup, Burmese khowsuey (station), starters such as karwari fish fingers, chicken kasturi tikka etc will be some of the options for the guests . The traditional delicacies will include x -mas roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing ((mash potato, port wine jus, cranberry jus, cranberry sauce, brussels sprouts with toasted pancetta,snow peas, swiss chard), cured ham leg/ pork chop, 3. country style chicken hot pot pie, kentucky style chicken wings.
The dessert counter will serve christmas pudding, traditional scottish dundee cake, german stolen, cheese cherry michael, chestnut pudding, ginger bread cookie display, marshmallow pudding.

Christmas Brunch
A traditional Sunday Christmas fare with the longest possible brunch awaits the patrons. Sandwich bar, roast stations, live pasta and other live counters, chicken shwarma and chaat counters will be some of the attractions of the Sunday brunch.
The soups for the Xmas brunch will be crab bisque with aioli and garlic croutons, spinach, white bean and turkey soup. The Xmas speciality will be lamb roulade filled with mushroom & liver pate , mushroom jus, indian ocean salmon with saffron risotto. The roast counter will have honey glazed smoked pork leg, x mas roast turkey with sage onion stuffing.

Some of the X mas dishes include Crispy duck with bitter orange vinaigrette, Roast lemon chicken with pan seared red grapes with wasabi potato, Mash and port jus etc. A live roast counter will serve Braised lamb roulade, X mas roast turkey with sage onion stuffing, Country roast rosemary chicken.
