Cargill among Top 100 best companies for women in India

Cargill in India has been recognized as one of the “top 100 best companies for women” in the prestigious annual “working mother media and AVTAR” 2016 survey.  The list celebrates companies and organisations that stand out in India’s efforts to champion sustainable careers for women.   

Cargill’s  policies in India to create a diverse and inclusive workplace include conscious efforts in building the company’s hiring managers’ capabilities through a ‘Competency' based selection process;  hiring in roles that are critical and have a high impact on business and providing flexibility on timings to support work life choices.

This forum was initiated with a defined charter and purpose of making gender diversity a business priority for business growth.
