India 02 September 2016: Well, if not. Let me tell you, we are talking about shows that gave us short romantic stories in a single episode itself.
So lets take a look at these shows that were a hit in the past as well as the present. They were just so beautiful that they made us fall in love with them.
1)Yule Love Story - This was a Hindi drama series that aired on Zee TV during 1993-95. In every episode a new story would be shown, a typical love story revolving around relationships between teens. This series was then followed by a new series titled “Rishtey” which focused on all relationships.
Rishtey - The Love Stories highlighted various relationships like Husband - Wife, Siblings, friends, children, parents etc and each episode had a story that revolved around the lives of these characters the hardships they faced, their emotions, circumstances etc that would really touch your heart. The show was quite a hit.
2)Teri Meri Love Stories - This show aired on Star Plus. It had a collection of assorted love stories that aired on weekends. The show featured quite a few actors like Jennifer Winget, Gautam Rode,KaranWahi, Karan Singh Grover, Karan Patel, Divyanka Tripathi, Shilpa Anand, Anita Hassanandani, Avinash Sachdev, Shaheer Sheikh, Arjun Bijlani, Mahi Vij, Iqbal Khan, Ravi Dubey,Sargun Mehta ,Karan Grover, etc. It was one show that the audiences would look forward to watch over the weekends. The show gave the audiences such beautiful love stories that I am sure they would love to have a season 2 of the same.
3)Yeh hai Aashiqui - Another popular series which airs on Bindass Channel. Each episode brings a new unique love story to it’s audiences. Yeh Hai Aashiqui has had quite a few seasons and it became very popular amongst the youth. “YHA” has shown real life stories of unconventional love from across India in a recreated reality format. The show focuses on complex love stories and the various emotions one goes through whilst in love, but how love helps them conquer all the difficulties that come their way. Thus “Love” plays a very important role here. The latest season of Yeh Hai Aashiqui was Season 4. Not only did the show gain a lot of popularity but the title track of the show also became quite a hit.

4) Twist Wala Love - was a youth based show that aired on Channel V and the stories that we narrated had a twist in them.The show had new age love stories for the youth but with a twist. These were short stories that were narrated over a few episodes. Again the show gave us some beautiful fairytale love stories.
5)Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya - The show is an Indian Youth fiction show. It aired on Zing and has had a couple of seasons. Each season had a new host. The love tales shown in the series are quite interesting and fascinating and the show gained a lot of popularity. You will get to see a lot of passionate love stories where the young lovers take drastic steps in love. But that is what the show is all about, love and the feelings it brings about. The Current Season of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya is Season 8 and it telecasts on Zing on Fridays at 7:00pm. Below are some pics of the episodes that have already been telecast on Tv.
6)Love by Chance - This show has stories drawn from real life where two people come together by mere coincidence or chance as you would like to call it hence the name “Love By Chance”. The series had some wacky, romantic, funny episodes too in it. It aired on Bindass Channel every Saturday. The show was hosted by actor and stand- up comedian Kavi Shastri who narrated these unusal stories.
So this was our list. We loved these series of short romantic love stories. They had unique but impactful stories about relationships. They took us through a beautiful journey of Life. We miss watching some of these shows and would like them to make a comeback.
We wanted to relive those romantic, divine memories. Hence Throwback time!
