Inspired by foods found in pushcarts and hawker stalls, CIRCUS is a local restaurant telling a global story. The guests are the ringmasters at CIRCUS and can choose from an array of global street foods while journeying through the multilevel of this all day diner.
Working with different regional favourites, the menu at CIRCUS showcases global street food favourites, while making sure diners ‘have a jolly good time’! Dilliwala Chinjabi and Tiffin Meals featuring dishes like Panko Prawn, Hyderabadi Kadhi Pakoda, Pork Vindaloo and Makhni Lahori Tikka, is comfort fare that all of us crave for and grew up eating.
