About the Show
Rajesh K. Baderia is a renowned artist popularly known for his style to invoke the power of colours and create abstraction infused with ancient symbols & various forms in his works which he terms as symbolic abstract expression of sublime spirituality and mysticism. His works are though connected with his roots, it appeals to everyone universally and these qualities of his art have led him to achieve many successful exhibitions in India and abroad to his credit.
In his upcoming solo show titled “ALCHEMY OF COLOURS” he has played with the colours and their various hues. His paintings are abstract expressions of his experiences, encounters and beliefs. Most of his paintings have black in the background imparting an importance to his main body of work which let the viewers to have transcendental or metaphysical experiences. The colourful expression stirs a positive and meditative emotion, which justifies the title of Exhibition “ALCHEMY OF COLOURS”.
"Everything around is the source of my inspiration. Be it nature around us or the vast cosmos we live in, I have taken every piece and applied my imagination together on to the canvas. " - says artist Rajesh K. Baderia.
Rajesh derives inspiration from Nature, Cosmos and Philosophy. He says its energy which plays within us and all around and so energy becomes an important element of his painting in any form be it dots, circles, streak of light etc. A look at his paintings bring in fore the dynamics of creation, depicting movement of sperm kind of visuals or floating eggs. The cropping black background does not restrict the endless and eternal expressions which become Rajesh’s Signature.
