NDIM bags the Best Management College Award

The Centre for Education, Growth and Research, one of the leading think tanks of India, organized a national seminar on “Higher Education, What India needs” at the Indian International Centre on. More than 300 educationists and Corporates attended this event. The participants debated on the vast need for higher education in India and how it can be made accessible. Dr. Arun Kumar (Member of Parliamant, Jahanabad, Bihar) as the Chief guest expressed his concerns about the decline in human values and India’s cultural wealth. He emphasized that there is a need for system-wide changes to make the education system robust and dynamic.  Mr. Gurtej Singh Dhillon, Secretary, Bhartiya Janata Party (Punjab), in his address said that in order to ensure that the Higher Education makes a desirable impact, it’s important to vocationalise the education. Dr. Manpreet Singh Manna, Director, AICTE, informed the gathering about the initiatives taken by the government for the expansion of higher education. During the Seminar, the high achievers in the field were felicitated with Rashtriya Shiksha  Gaurav Puraskar.  The award for the best Management College in India was bestowed upon the New Delhi Institute of Management, Tughlakabad.  Mr. Vishwamohan Bansal, Chairman, NDIM, himself received the prestigious award. He expressed his gratitude to CEGR and promised that his college will scale new heights in the coming years. It is worth mentioning that NDIM has always provided a great ambience to the students and their academic-industry partnerships have made it one the leading B-Schools in India.
