International Tech Park Pune bags two awards in a row including the ‘IT Park Project of the Year’

Pune, 10 March 2016: International Tech Park Pune (ITPP), developed by Ascendas India, a member of Ascendas-Singbridge Group, has won two reputed awards for its IT SEZ development in Pune.

ITPP was crowned ‘IT Park Project of the Year’ at the NDTV Property Awards 2015. ITPP was also awarded first runner up under the Non-Residential Property of the Year category at this year’s Asian Customer Engagement Forum (ACEF) Property Awards.

These awards further endorse ITPP as the premium IT SEZ park in Pune, recognizing its sustainable design, superior construction quality and user-friendly features.

ITPP, Ascendas’ first IT Park in Maharashtra, developed as a joint venture with the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) is located at the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase 3, Hinjewadi, Pune. The 25-acre IT SEZ project is designed to provide an ideal environment complete with amenities for IT and technology-related businesses.

ITPP’s Phase 1 ‘Cedar’ building is fully operational and offers 660,000 sq ft of business space.  It is a LEED India ‘Gold’ certified building and enjoys 100% commitment from an eminent IT solutions company. The IT SEZ park’s Phase 2 ‘Juniper’ building offering 620,000 sq ft of office space is under construction and is scheduled to be completed by end of March 2016.

International Tech Park Pune has been the recipient of many accolades in the recent past such as Best Commercial Project, Pune at the ‘CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2014’ and Commercial Property of the Year (West) at the Realty Plus Excellence Award 2014.
