IRA – Bangalore’s First Premium Designer Store for Women

Bangalore, February 14, 2016: IRA today launched its first premium flagship store in Bangalore. The exclusive designer collection store for women was inaugurated by Mr. Sunil Bohra, one of the well known Bollywood producer of movies like; Gangs of Wasseypur, Shahid, Shaitan and others. Bangalore can now get the best of Indian & western wear from world class designers in a special discounted price available only at IRA. Apart from the designs of leading designers, the store will also house its own collection under the brand, IRA, which will be designed by its in house designers. The store will also take up orders for customized clothing. The collections launched included an avid range of unique ethnic designs, soft fabrics, elegant styles, vibrant colors, traditional Indian and contemporary works and patterns to suit every Indian woman’s style.



Speaking about the launch, Som Dutta Singh, the owner of the brand says, “It gives me immense pleasure to announce the launch of our flagship store, IRA, which offers Indian premium designer wear particularly for the fashion conscious people of Bangalore.” She adds, “It’s always a challenge to find the right Indian designer wear here when you have to dress up for any traditional occasion, whether a wedding or a sangeet, most of the times we have to source it from other cities. This is one of the major reasons that prompted me to start this label.”



IRA has its own production line of both Indian and western clothing for women. The store showcased collections of designers like Gaurav Gupta, Ritika Bhasin, Manish Arora, Suneet Varma, IKSENA and many more. Some of the collections of the leading designers that have gone out of season will be available at a discounted price at IRA. Som says, “All major designers will showcase their off season collections so that Bangalore can get them at the best discounted price. IRA also plans to open up the brand stores across all cosmopolitan cities in India in this year.”
