FIITJEE Delhi students clinch top positions in NTSE Stage-1 results

·         Simar Preet Singh Saluja, a student of Four Year Classroom Program from FIITJEE Punjabi Bagh Centre is a DELHI STATE TOPPER in National Talent Search Examination(NTSE STAGE -1), 2015-16.



·         Students from FIITJEE Delhi Centres have secured all top 4 (Rank 1, 2, 3 & 4) positions in NTSE Stage I results. Above all, 7 out of top 10 positions too have been conquered by FIITJEE.



·         41 out of total 64 students selected belong to FIITJEE,demonstrating a clean sweep in the City with 64% achievement.



Delhi,13 February 2016: Displaying the supremacy of FIITJEE’s teaching methodology, students from FIITJEE have done remarkably well by topping in the Delhi State Results for NTSE Stage-1.SimarPreet Singh Saluja, a student of Four Year Classroom Program from FIITJEE Punjabi Bagh Centre has been declared a STATE TOPPER in National Talent Search Examination (NTSE STAGE -1), 2015-16.Not only have top 4 positions been attainedby FIITJEE Delhi students but also ‘7 out of the top 10’ positions have been conquered by students of FIITJEE Delhi Centres. 41 out of total 64 students selected belong to FIITJEE, demonstrating a clean sweep in the City with 64% achievement.



The National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national level examination cum scholarship program. The scholarship program is conducted by NCERT and students studying in class X are eligible for NTSE 2016 examination and selection procedure. NTSE 2016 was conducted on November 8 for Stage I.



Simar Preet Singh Saluja from FIITJEE Punjabi Bagh Centre has been declared as the State TOPPER and has scored 144 marks out of 150 marks (in MAT+SAT). Exuberant with the joy of success, Simar Preet said, “The competition was very tough indeed and it was a battle of brains, where concept and reasoning were the keys to answer the questions in limited time. Qualifying in this kind of exam warrants rigorous practice and I am immensely thankful to my faculty at FIITJEE for raising my IQ to such competitive level through the study materials, doubt-clearing sessions and personalized guidance, which have been one of the notable reasons of my success this far.”



The other 3 top rank holders are Shaurya Raj Singh, Srija Chakraborty and Lakshya Kumar, all of whom are student’s of Four Year Classroom Program and belong to FIITJEE South Delhi Centre.

The result of State Level National Talent Search Examination (NTSE Stage-1), 2015-16 for class X has been announced on 9th Feb, 2016.

These students have been qualified to appearin the Second stage of NTSE -2016, which is to be conducted by NCERT.

NTSE exam is conducted every year for class X students and is extremely popular scholarship examination among the bright and talented students of the country. This scheme was initiated in the year 1963 by Government of India to bring up qualitative improvement in the school education.
