Lucknow: F Crown, Lucknow’s first luxury designer homes by New Modern Buildwell & Fashion TV, hosted the Golf Championship 2016 on 23th and 24th January at the Palms Golf Club & Resorts, in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.. The event was attended by the esteemed members of Lucknow Golf Club and city’s glitterati to witness the qualifying matches between 75 players, over the weekend.
Commenting on the event, Mr P.N. Misra, CMD of New Modern Buildwell, said, “F Crown’s Golf Championship was a huge success. We are glad to have brought all the enthusiastic golf lovers together and look forward to conduct this tournament as an annual event. We thank all our partners for their collaboration and we are confident to come back next year with many such leisure activities.”
The two-day event was open to passionate golf lovers of Lucknow for the 18-hole tournament in Stableford match format 3. The tournament was divided into 3 main categories namely, zero to nine handicap, ten to eighteen handicap and veteran (above 65) category. Golfer Prem Prakash won the cup with a 43 point lead followed by Mr Vijay Singh as the Runner up with 41 points.
24th January’s gala evening marked the spectacular end to the event with cheerful prize distribution ceremony, proceeded by a live performance by famous band Agnee followed by cocktails and dinner.

• Best gross score - Mr. R.S. Nanda ( 75 Gross)

• H/C 10 – 18 categories Winner - Mr. Manoj Shukla ( 38 Points Last 6 Holes)
• Veteran – Winner (65 and above) - Mr. T.P. Pathak ( 17 Points)
• Longest Drive - Mr. Vikram Rattan ( 276 Yards)
• Nearest to Pin- Mr. Sudeep Luthra (9 Feet 7 Inch)
• Straightest Drive- Mr. Atul Katyal 1 Meter
