Dubai Courts achieves impressive high 99 per cent score in partners’ satisfaction rating in 2015

UAE, January 28, 2016 - A survey conducted by the Suggestion and Complaint Section of Dubai Courts’ Strategy and Institutional Performance Department revealed that the satisfaction rating of its strategic partners has substantially increased for 2013 and 2014 period. This reflects Dubai Courts’ unwavering commitment to promote its strategic partnerships with 22 government entities that comprised the respondents.



H.E. Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General of Dubai Courts, said the satisfaction rating reached a high 61 per cent in 2012. It grew to 81 per cent in 2014 - the highest recorded in the past three years - from 44 per cent in 2013 at a growth rate of 100 per cent. The rating jumped to almost 96 per cent in 2015, while the partner happiness score reached a new record of 99 per cent. Moreover, the partners’ satisfaction towards the channels of communication provided by Dubai Courts hit the 97 per cent mark, while the score in terms of mutual and added-value benefits has doubled from 40 per cent in 2013 to 85 per cent in 2014. The exchange of institutional knowledge and cultural compatibility grew from 40 per cent to 79 per cent during the same period, while the development rate of common procedures increased from 40 per cent to 84 per cent.



H.E. Al Mansouri said the Strategy and Institutional Performance Department aims to strengthen relations and maintain strong cooperation with its strategic partners. He extended his gratitude and appreciation to all partners for their ongoing cooperation and fruitful efforts to make Dubai on top of their work agenda.



Khalifa Mohammed Al Mihrizi, Head of Strategic Partnerships Team at Dubai Courts, commended the team for their efforts to ensure positive results, saying the accomplishments serve as a key addition to the growing achievements of Dubai Courts in the judicial field supported by a strong portfolio of strategic partners. This underlines Dubai Courts’ commitment towards excellence and leadership in offering best-in-class innovations to address the needs of customers and achieve the Courts’ commitment to serve justice through precise and accelerated implementation of decisions and resolutions under the supervision of highly-qualified authorities and the use of modern technologies.



For her part, Fatima Mohammed Al Naqbi, Head of Partnerships Section and Coordinator of the Strategic Partnerships Team, Dubai Courts, said that the results are mainly attributed to the many programs and plans that the section has organized over the years to communicate with the Courts’ strategic partners. This helped increase the number of participants by 100 per cent from 35 in 2014 to 72 in 2015.
