Bengaluru, 24th January, 2016: The Trio Tots School turned into a hub of wonder and amazement as it hosted creative carnival at HSR layout on Sunday, 24th of January 2016. The event marked the inauguration of new Montessori wing of Trio World Academy in HSR Layout. The shadow play by renowned magician and illusionist, Prahlad Acharya (popularly referred to as the Indian Houdini) was a huge crowd puller. There were many other interesting activities and workshops organized at the event to explore the imaginative abilities of tiny tots.
The carnival was a wonderful opportunity for kids to experiment with clay and sculpting. The terracotta mask painting workshop was a colorful play of little hands, as children learnt to use acrylic paints to color terracotta masks. Things turned into a muddy affair at the clay sculpting workshop, kids had fun time kneading clay and molding them into their favorite shapes and making crooked pots. Paper rockets circled the premises of paper craft workshop. Children were though to make beautiful paper artifacts through the workshop. Other innovative and interactive workshops at the event were foam robots and sand art.
“Through this creative carnival we wanted to provide the children living in and around HSR layout a platform to experience the magic of imagination art holds. This event was also a fun bonding time for parents and children through activities such as clay sculpting.
