Report Cites TCS’ Scale and Technology Capability as the Source of its Market Success
NEW YORK | MUMBAI, January 27, 2016: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, announced today that it has been rated as ‘Leader and Star Performer’ for large payer ITO Relationships by leading advisory and research firm, Everest Group, in its report, “Healthcare Payer ITO Peak Matrix 2015.” Everest Group also noted that TCS has made big strides and has leap frogged into the ‘leaders’ quadrant by employing a customer centric strategy focused on national and regional health plans.
Everest Group analyzed the position of 20 service providers on the Everest Group Performance, Experience, Ability and Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix for Payer ITO Relationships.
