Eicher Trucks & Buses launches new 3S facility of Company Operated Dealership in Chennai
Chennai, January 2016: VE commercial Vehicles launched its new 3S facility for Sales, Service and Spares for their Eicher branded trucks through Company Operated Dealership in Poonamallee, Chennai, recently (on 21st January 2016). The new facility endeavors to maintain a long-term relationship with their customers and provide them state of the art service facility.This company owned facility will cater to sales and aftermarket support of the heavy duty range of Eicher products range.
The highlight of the inauguration was the handover of keys of 20 vehicles to the first 8 customers of the facility. The keys were handed over by Mr. P. Ravi Shankar, Executive Vice- President, Sales Marketing and After Market, VE Commercial Vehicles.
Commenting on the opening of the new facility, Mr. P. Ravi Shankar, “Chennai has always been a key market for the sale of all our Light, Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks. With the introduction of this new facility, we hope to bring forward advanced aftermarket services to all our customers in this region.” In the past one year, VE Commercial Vehicles has introduced the Eicher Pro Series in haulage and tipper trucks.

With the launch of this service facility VE Commercial Vehicles has covered length and breadth of Chennai and strengthened their presence with service centers in locations like Puzhal, Kancheepuram and Poonamallee.
