Vaishali was recognised with the ‘Most influential HR leaders in India’ award by the World HRD Congress for her vision, strategic perspective and sustained results in delivering outstanding work in the area of human resources development. She was also recognized with the Women Leadership Achievement award at the 4th World Women Leadership Congress & Award (WWLCA) for demonstrating extraordinary leadership and management skills in the organization.
On receiving the accolades, Vaishali said, “I am deeply honoured by the recognition. Vaishali was presented with awards at the World HRD Congress for the third consecutive year. She had earlier won the ‘100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders’, ‘Most Influential HR Tech Leaders’, and ‘Women Super Achiever’ awards. She was also felicitated with the "HR Super Achiever Award", for the Western Region, in 2016 at the Employee Branding Awards. The same year, KPIT was bestowed upon with the "Regional Best Employer Award" at the forum, after having been selected from the top 100 organizations within Pune.
