India 7 October 2016: The Chennai Real Estate Agents Association (CREAA) elected their new Office Bearers for the year 2016 - 2017. Mr. K. Chandrasekar, was elected President, Mr. Azeem Ahmed, Vice-President, Mr. Yasser Rahman, Secretary and Mr. V. Deenadayalan, Treasurer.
According to Mr. K. Chandrasekar, President who is also the MD of Rajam Property, “Even though conditions are tough for the realtors, the Govt. policies and the professionalism of our members in CREAA will help us go through. Continuous training and upgrading skills will be the focus. Members are asked to concentrate on primary market sales in association with developers. ”
“CREAA, now is rebranded as NAR India CREAA and it is mandatory that all members should appear for online examination RE-MET conducted by NAR India. Members are expected to show the ID to clients to build credibility for the organisation. www.creaa.in gives more information.” said Chandrasekhar.
Yasser Rahman, Secretary said "The previous committee had done a wonderful job of conducting 17 education programs for members through the last term and the new team intends to carry on the good work done by all the past committees. We want to focus on membership growth as a part of sustaining and building the chapter."
Mr. P.S. Meera Nath, Mr. M. Sivalingam, Mr. S.K. Rajkumar, Mr. Joseph Jose and Mr. T.C. Bala are the new committee members.
