This new concept by Shiro is helmed by Chef Rahul Hajarnavis who strikes the right balance with flavors, freshness, hygiene and technique. So what’s on the menu? - 6 Asian flavors that include the vegetarian and non-vegetarian selects like Summer Chomp Sushirito (seasonal greens, basil and tofu with Hoisin peanut sauce) and Thai Crunch Sushirito with red cabbage & chilis with wonton crisps & waterchestnut in thai basil sauce. Among the non vegetarian options, Mahtani Twister Sushirito with lettuce, kimchi, wonton crisps and grilled chicken in Mahtani Mayo or Katsu Sushirito with pancko crusted chicken in spicy Teriyaki mayo are great options that one can opt from. For the seafood lovers, Shiro has the Red Dragon Sushirito with micro greens, sunflower seeds, avocado & salmon with spicy Teriyaki Mayo or Kimchi Samurai with micro greens, seed mix & chopped tuna with Kimchi Mayo. This is the only offering better than a sushi and a burrito that heightens your taste buds to a whole new level.
