The special menu that is launched on the eve of Raksha Bandhan is entirely different from the routine idlis not in terms of look only but also in taste and the feel. These ‘Assorted Podi Idlis’ are tossed with desi ghee and podis of 2 different types (6 pieces each), The two podis are completely distinct in taste and appearance, something very similar to a brother – sister relationship; full of love and the silly fights. Means, a perfectly healthy food to celebrate one of the healthiest relationships on the earth. They are served with the tempting white and red chutneys and seasoned with refreshing vegetables, sesame seeds, coriander, and a bevvy of sizzling spices that create a captivating aroma and relishing taste. Besides the awesome taste and purity, one enjoys a variety of nutrients including proteins, minerals, and vitamins in the every bite.
