Hyderabad, January 2, 2017: To encourage beginners get initiated into running, Hyderabad Runners brings you “Couch to 5K program”. Aimed at beginners, this program is managed by experienced runners at various locations across the city.

Hyderabad Runners announces Couch to 5K program

Over a period of 8 weeks, you will learn to gradually build up stamina and slowly increase the distance you can walk and run. You will learn proper running form, stretch important muscle groups to ensure you remain injury-free and have a comfortable and enjoyable run so that you feel energized and pumped up rather than drained out after the run! You will discover unknown physical and mental reserves of energy and strength along this journey.

This is the 3rd edition of the program and hundreds of beginners who joined this earlier two editions have graduated to half marathon and few have attempted for full marathon too.
