Navi Mumbai, March 8, 2017: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Stellant Communications and Fortune Select Exotica Hotel had organized a gathering to felicitate the talented, successful and fierce women of today and network with a diverse set of individuals. Aimed to be a networking platform and in its fifth year, the event saw a stellar line-up of personalities from different walks of life. The talented ladies present were entrepreneurs, rally winners, artists, social workers, professionals, healers, fashion designers and more. There were kiosks of interesting products/ crafts put up to encourage and support women’s creative abilities. It acted as an opportunity to learn from each other and be more self-aware.
The occasion was graced by dignitaries like Manda Mhatre, a member of the 13th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly representing the Belapur Assembly Constituency, Corporator from NMMC for Ward 91, Netra Shirke. Adding to the glamour was Divya Agrawal, Miss. Navi Mumbai 2015. The highlight of the event was the felicitation of four extraordinary achievements - Manisha Gaind and Malu Gupta for Raid de Himalaya, Priyanka Mohite for climbing Mt Everest and Mt Kilimanjaro (her mother came to receive the award on her behalf) and Roohi Mitra for saving the life of a distressed child.

An interesting ice-breaker round conceptualized for everyone to mingle and interact was a big hit, followed by stand-up comedy act by Jasmine Khurana who kept everyone in splits. The most unique aspect was the Collaborative art created by over 100 ladies present at the event and conceptualized by renowned artist Ritu Dua titled as "I am the Universe...I am a Woman". This collaborative art piece will continue to add beauty to the lobby of Fortune Select Exotica.
