Jenzer Motorsport, founded in 1993, by Andreas Jenzer, has won numerous drivers’ and teams’ titles in various championships. They have been ever-present in the GP3 category and competed in every season since its inception in 2010. The Swiss outfit has pocketed six wins in the GP3 Series along with 18 podiums. Jenzer has competed in every season on the Italian F4 Championship as well, finishing 2nd in the team championship and 1st in the driver championship with Marcos Siebert in 2016.

Arjun Maini had a very promising debut season in the GP3; despite missing the first 4 races, he was the youngest driver to finish in the top 10 of the driver’s championship with Jenzer Motorsport. He also got his first Podium finish in the GP3 at the Hungarian circuit in late July last year. Talking about the upcoming season, here’s what Arjun had to say, “I am very excited to drive for Jenzer Motorsport for the second year in a row, I had a good 2016 season in the GP3 and got my first podium as well. I’m hoping to perform more consistently this year starting with a complete season and look forward to getting my first win in GP3.I missed out on Critical testing last year and am looking forward to 2017”

Here’s what Andreas Jenzer had to say: “We are very much looking forward to work with Arjun again! After his podium result in 2016 we will work hard together to fight for podiums more often and to achieve a top result in the championship.”

Kush Maini raced in the FIA Italian F4 Championship with BVM Racing last year and had an encouraging season. Kush managed a Podium despite not having any preseason testing. Here’s what Kush had to say, “My debut season in the Italian F4 was very exciting for me, I had a lot of good races and strong finishes. The switch to Jenzer Motorsport, which won the Drivers title last year, is definitely a step in the right direction for me.The winter testing with Jenzer went very well and this has boosted my confidence. It is also a nice prospect to be racing for the same team as my brother. I will work harder in the upcoming season and look to achieve more success in the races to come.”

Here’s what Andreas Jenzer had to say: “We are excited to have the “little” brother racing with us as well but are completely aware that he is a very different personality from Arjun to work with. We plan to promote also Kush’s talent with the goal to stock up the Maini trophy shelf!”
