What does it take to be a movie star in B-town? Is talent enough, or do you have to go the ‘extra mile’ to win that audition. Vivek Mishra who has been one of the most bold personalities in show biz to speak up about the dark side of the industry.

"Casting couch does exit in TV industry, those who says that they have not encountered it; they are lying. Everybody goes through that but doesn't want to confess about it. In TV industry, it you are not doing a favor, then you are surely not getting a good role. It starts from a minor to major level. There are few coordinators who promise you to  give role of bahu; on the screen but ask you to wear a bikini for the audition. In fact, there are few bold coordinators also who directly says that he/she has to satisfy his client for a lead role. People do fall in  such kind of trap nut it's  the glamour which doesn't allow them to take understand what is right or wrong. Personally, I too have been a victim of casting couch where I was asked a favor to please three men. Thankfully, I was bold enough to walk out of the situation"
