One of a kind loyalty program called Earn Minutes, it is an extensive rewards program using gamification techniques which will enable users to earn points or “minutes” at each step of interaction, and not just restricted to booking a service. The number of minutes awarded would vary depending upon each of the 14 parameters. These include things like first purchase, providing feedback, rating the app, birthdays and anniversaries sharing, service completion, referrals among others. The loyalty program is different from the ones offered by the competitors as earning minutes is not purely dependent upon service completion. Further, each minute amounts to an Indian Rupee and the entire amount can be redeemed by the customer for booking a service on the Timesaverz platform. The announcement comes at a time wherein people are making more and more purchases during the festive season, and can now get rewarded with points they can use for subsequent purchases.
Gift cards
The company had launched the first of its kind gift cards for services earlier this year. These are available in attractive templates with customisable messages, and can be purchased in any denomination. New services
