The Unbox Diwali real estate sale features apartments from India’s leading real estate developers including Prestige Group, Purvankara, Kolte Patil Developers, Provident Housing, Panchsheel Group, Sreejan Realty, Rohan Lifescapes, Sikka Group etc.

The apartments on sale are available in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. The offers are available on 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartments ranging from Rs 30 Lakhs to Rs 5 Crores per apartment.

This is the second edition of real estate Diwali sale on Snapdeal, after its grand success in 2015 where it sold nearly 150 homes in 7 days.

Customers buying real estate on Snadpeal will be able to avail of home loans from State Bank of India (SBI) at the lowest interest rate. In addition, buyers can also avail of exclusive offers like 10% discount on Base Selling Price, 25:75 payment offer, discounts upto Rs. 6 lacs. Freebies on offer from developers include cars, iPhones 6s handsets, iPads, gold coins and more. The Diwali real estate sale starts 5th October and will continue till 21st October 2016.
