Dubai September 06, 2016
Vincitore Real Estate Development, the developer of Vincitore Palacio, a branded residential project in Dubai, is bridging the gap between the price and quality of properties in the GCC by launching projects that are the new standard and niche to the market of affordable luxury. The company made this announcement today during its debut at the opening of Cityscape Global, the Middle East’s largest and most influential real estate exhibition that will run until September 8, 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Showcasing Vincitore Palacio as an affordable luxury project, the company revealed a special payment plan for Cityscape visitors which offers assured rental income along with a 50 per cent finance option.
The 200,000 square-feet development located at Arjan in Dubailand is being built at the cost of AED 135 million with unit prices starting from AED 475,000. Vincitore Palacio consists of 175 European-styled units comprising of spacious studios and one- and two-bed apartments, each featuring a private sun deck.
Affordable luxury projects are an important stage of necessary evolution in the Dubai real estate market. Vijay Doshi, Founder and Managing Director, Vincitore Real Estate Development, agreed: “Projects such as Vincitore Palacio provide a comparable luxury experience by leveraging the benefits of an up-and-coming location as well as the quality of high-grade brands that match their more glamourous counterparts in style and efficiency without the staggering costs involved.”
Commenting on the lack of luxury yet cost-effective properties in Dubai and how Vincitore Real Estate Development is lessening this gap in the market with its commercial, residential and hospitality projects, Doshi added, “Our inspiration was to deliver bespoke branded residences that would no longer be the exclusive domain of the super-rich. Though premium in every aspect, the homes are a dream that is very much within the reach of the aspiring home owner.”
Vincitore Palacio features world-class amenities such as custom-designed elevators, a 60-foot temperature-controlled pool, a 3,000 square-feet sunlit gymnasium, a landscaped garden, 24X7 security and a concierge.
The project has received high-level investor interest with 90 per cent of the first phase being sold out within 60 days of its launch. "We look forward to meeting discerning buyers across the world, who are increasingly aware of the benefits that owning property in Dubai can offer, not only in terms of returns on investment and its tax-free offering, but also for quality of life,” added Doshi.
Vincitore Real Estate Development is present at stand SAG 30 at the venue’s Sheikh Saeed Hall during the three-day event.
