This is a great opportunity to come out and network with other sports business professionals that work or live in the area. All backgrounds are welcome, from those starting out to industry veterans.
The format of the evening is very casual, featuring 2-3 hours of open networking over drinks with your industry peers. All funds raised by Sports Business Week events around the world are being donated to The V Foundation for cancer research. The recommended donation is $5, but we are happy to accept whatever you can share. The goal of this association is to help fellow members of the sports business community connect with one another while supporting a great cause.
“Building a sports business networking culture in India is important for the growth of the industry. Events like #SBWeek16 give people a great opportunity to come out and meet others and share ideas and experiences. The beauty of an informal setup is that it doesn’t apply only to those just starting out but those who are veterans in the field as well can take full advantage of a platform like this. Also, great to see brands like Smaaash coming forward to support these initiatives” says Arup Soans, Head of Marketing LOC FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017.
