India 29 September 2016: The famous Waters Edge Café on Radisson BLU Resort, Kovalam Road, Mamallapuram has laid out a special “French Pastries Weekend”, for 1st and 2nd October (Saturday & Sunday). Children and adults can engage in activities like balloon sculpting & craft Shop, Entertainment like Magic show and Live Music etc, apart from enjoying the delicious confectionaries.
A pâtisserie is the type of French or Belgian bakery that specializes in pastries and sweets. In both countries, it is a legally controlled title that may only be used by bakeries that employ a licensed maître pâtissier (master pastry chef).
The Menu for lunch includes Brandied Cherry Clafouti, Cream Puff, Lemon Orange Madeleine, Tarte de pommes ala normande, Paris Brest, French Macaroon, Vanilla Crème Brulee, Strawberry Savarin, Tarte Tartin etc.
