Zumba session is organised for the employees as a part of the week long celebrations
“Employee Celebration Week” was organised at Novotel Hyderabad Airport as a part of country wide celebrations. The 4 day celebrations comprises of events to promote team bonding and also it is a way of Thanksgiving and appreciating the hard work that the team puts in during the year.
This year Novotel Hyderabad Airport has organised a 4 day long celebrations which is planned keeping in mind several aspects of not only fun and enjoyment but also fitness and giving healthy lifestyle for the team. As a part of week long activities Novotel Hyderabad Airport has organised various events like the Zumba Session, a competition to create “best from waste”, treasure hunt, pottery session and many more exciting events to engage the employees. The celebrations will culminate into a finale which will be a grand gala night where they will be entertainment acts performed by the team members. The Novotel Hyderabad Airport team has also gifted a Public address system to ZP school at the Mamidipally village, as the team observed that the school was looking to replace the sound system.

The Zumba session which took place at The Venue (Open air Lawns) was a hit and saw a participation of Mr. Ravi Khubchandani General Manager of Novotel Hyderabad Airport along with the employees. The session showcased amazing dance-fitness technique that involves aerobic movements with a vibrant music. The session was highly effective and the employees enjoyed exercising in an engaging atmosphere.The session has instructed by renowned fitness experts in town and was a part of Novotel Hyderabad Airports larger goal of a fit and efficient team force.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Ravi Khubchandani, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Airport said: "It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all to this year's employee celebration week at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. This is our way to show our gratitude towards our most valuable asset - our Team and the efforts that they put-in to make our guests feel welcome. To mark this momentous occasion, every year we have different theme-based week long celebrations planned across all our properties in the country. This year we are celebrating the completion of 10 successful years of AccorHotels in India and also our remarkable success in the Aon Best Employer India Study 2016, where we proudly earned the highest Engagement Score in the first ever AccorHotels Global Opinion Survey 2015. The theme this year is 'Perfect 10' which symbolises the overall achievements of AccorHotels India and our future road map to success.
