The cinnamon spice we use is the inner bark from the upper branches of the genus ‘Cinnamomum’ tree which is scraped and dried.

1 Cup Milk
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 tsp honey
In a vessel boil the milk
Add the cinnamon powder to the boiling milk
Cover the milk and let it steep for 10 minutes
Now finally add honey to the cinnamon milk to add a little sweetness
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch ginger and black pepper powder
In a vessel mix all ingredients and bring it to a boil for 5 to 7 minutes till it gets a nice golden color.
