India 07 September 2016: Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport will be celebrating Bakri Eid or Eid ul Adha. Executive Chef Sudhir Pai has laid down a special dinner buffet which will be served between September 11 and 13.
Some of the succulent kebabs which be served during the 3-day long celebrations include Galouti kebab , Masala Fish Finger, Murg Malai tikka, Awadhi Murg etc. , Other delicacies on the menu Hare Muttar Aur zafran ka Pulao, Mutton Dum Biryani,
The special desserts for the spread will comprise of Phirni, Sheer Korma, Zarda, Khubani Ka meetha, malpua etc.
