Matsyasana :

Bhastrika is a pranayama involves forceful breathing. You have to sit in Vajrasana. Is a traditional breathing exercise in yoga that helps to increase Prana or life force in your being. It’s often used to energize the body and clarify the mind.


How to do Bhastrika Pranayama?


You have to sit in Vajrasana with your fists clenched and continue forceful breathing for 3 to 5 minutes at a stretch.



Anulom Vilom :

For Anulom Vilom you need to sit in Padmasana. Now with your right thumb close your right nostril and breathe in through left nostril. Be slow and gentle. Then close the left nostril with middle and ring finger and breathe out of right nostril. Follow this technique for 10 to 15 minutes daily.
