Kolkata, 12 August 2016: For the quarter ended 30th June 2016, Sinclairs Hotels Ltd. has posted a Total Income of Rs.1354.19 lakhs (Rs.1137.63 lakhs). The Company’s EBIDTA for the three months period increased by 17% and stood at Rs.668.18 lakhs (Rs.571.51 lakhs).
The Company’s Profit Before Tax for the period stood at Rs.489.44 lakhs (Rs.451.29 lakhs) and the Net Profit After Tax stood at Rs.319.30 lakhs (Rs.310.74 lakhs). The Earnings per Rs.10 Share for the quarter stood at Rs.5.73 (not annualized).
Sinclairs Hotels has strong fundamentals and on an equity capital of Rs.557 lakhs, its Reserves (excluding revaluation Reserves) stood at Rs.6624.84 lakhs.
All the seven Sinclairs properties located at Burdwan, Darjeeling, Dooars, Kalimpong, Ooty,
Port Blair and Siliguri are performing well and enjoy high rankings on Trip Advisor and websites of leading OTAs.
