: To add colour to the Independence Day celebration, Sagar Ratna, the South Indian food giant decided to serve foods with a Tricolor appearance in its restaurants, Uttapam and Dosa in tri-color which is served with multi-colored chutneys in orange, white and green; a unique way to pay homage to India’s freedom and her tricolour flag.

Made from a blend of natural ingredients like pulses, sesame seeds, coriander, and cumin and pomegranate, the food is luscious besides being healthy. The toothsome dishes are undoubtedly fresh, which is the USP of Sagar Ratna.
