Strides for Autism is an awareness event to support the earnest attempt of an organization, Assisted Living For Autistic Adults (ALFAA) committed to spreading knowledge about Autism, providing state-of-the-art residential facilities and dignified living to Autistic adults. Autism is a very complex and challenging neuro developmental disorder which has no ascertained cause or cure, which essentially means that persons affected need lifelong supervision and care. Generally, grooming is needed from an early age to help them perform daily routines normally. Most of the autistic adults have very limited social and communication skills, so need trained people who understand their needs and can help to address them.
