Crowd from Delhi NCR geared up to celebrate the spirit of Nationalism

17th August 2016, New Delhi: Oysters Beach, popularly known as Gurgaon’s Appu Ghar organized a Tri-color weekend this Independence Day. The event was a three day long celebrations slated from 13th August to 15th August. It marked the presence of some renowned singers like Indeep Bakshi, Girik Aman, Ikka and Karan Sehmbi live on 13th August, who sang many patriotic numbers on stage. In order to keep the Independence Day momentum going, some lively dance performances were also organized on 14th and 15th August. The crowd tapped to the Desi beats of some peppy patriotic numbers from DJ Dipika and Ankita, who were specially invited for the long weekend Independence Day celebrations.

Whole water park was decorated with tri-color balloons and flags. Special attraction were the face painting artists who painted tri-colors on faces of every entrant. This was not enough! Special quiz was also organized to keep the national spirit alive in both adults and children. Hampers were given to the winners.

Radiant over the successful event, Mr. Saurabh Kumar, General Manager, Operations at Oysters Beach stated that, “Independence Day is a significant day for people in India.
