Exercise has an overall revitalising effect on your body. Daily exercise/Yoga  improves blood circulation in the body. In fact, exercise benefits the body as a whole, because it improves the strength of the blood circulatory and respiratory system, which also means improved oxygenation to the skin and other organs in the body. Regular exercise is a natural way to get healthy glowing skin.

Glowing Skin :

Daily exercise improves the health of the skin by improving the circulation of blood to the skin surface. Exercise helps to provide important nutrients to the skin. Aerobics makes you sweat and promotes the removal of toxins through perspiration. Exercise tones the skin, improves blood circulation and oxygenation to the skin and gives you a healthy glowing skin.


Wrinkle lift :

Exercise is a great way of getting rid of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin. Exercise helps in production of collagen, a protein that is needed fir the structure of our skin. Exercise strengthens and tones the muscles beneath the skin, making the skin look healthier and glowing from within. 


Acne prevention :

Over-production of sebum that clogs the pores of the skin is the main cause of acne. Certain harmones like  testosterone and the stress hormone cortisol sometimes cause the over-production of sebum which is released by the body to block the pores. An increase in the production of sebum causes acne. Exercising helps in relieving stress which brings down the levels of cortisol in the blood inturn there is no over-production of sebum. Additionally exercising makes you sweat and through sweat your body gets rid of all the toxins in the body making your skin glow.

Just like you would exercise for your thighs to make your thighs firmer, facial exercise is exercising your facial muscles will tone, lift, and give you firmer skin on your face in turn making you look younger by getting rid of wrinkles.

Working out also gives you firmer skin by getting rid of the cellulite.

Exercise encourages the production of natural oils in the skin. These oils will unclog the clogged pores and give your skin a radiant glow.
