Ahmedabad /Bangalore August 11, 2016: Brigade Group, one of India’s leading property developers achieved another milestone of its expansion plan with the Ground-breaking ceremony of two of its ambitious projects in GIFT City, Gujarat namely, Brigade SEZ and ibis STYLES Hotel on 5th August 2016. The SEZ office towers will have a total development of more than half a million sq. ft. of flexible office space of which the 1st phase is being launched now and the Hotel will consist of approximately 170 well-appointed guest rooms, multi-cuisine restaurant, banquets and conference rooms, managed by the ACCOR Group of France.
