Here are three ways to base your actions on: 1. You need to Acknowledge that anxiety is a real problem and solve this problem calmly and kindly. 2. What if my partner doesn't tell you how he feels about me?
It's time you gather that courage and ask your partner how he feels. Choose a quiet time with your partner , and expect your partner to pause to reflect on his emotions and how he can best put them into words. Be patient while your partner thinks and listens to what he says. If he is unable to adequately answer right away, he may come back to you in a day or two
