You can't have a healthy relationship, if your relationship is based on pity. If you're sure you feel that way then it's time to move on.

Here are three ways to base your actions on: 1. You need to Acknowledge that anxiety is a real problem and solve this problem calmly and kindly. 2. Set clear expectations around how you're willing to help you partner in dealing with anxiety. 3. You habe to pay attention to your own mental health. This can be strenuous on both of you.

It all depends on you and your partner. It depends on the relationship. Some people are asexual and have no sex drive, some couples avoid sex for religious or other reasons, and some couples have dry spells while some have sex daily. Talk with your partner about their sexual needs and desires, and what you are and aren't comfortable with.
