While speaking about the development of the city, the Minister stressed the need for diversified growth and development of the city all around the city. Welcoming the guests Mr. S. Ram Reddy President,  CREDAI Hyderabad affirmed, “This is the best CREDAI property show. Our beloved KTR Garu has instilled a lot of confidence in “Brand Hyderabad” which has encouraged more and more people to visit the property show this year. With this show we were able to create a synergized approach for building a better & congenial environment to promote the growth of real estate sector and we can look forward to a bright future for the real estate sector in the state of Telangana. We are extremely happy with the response to this property show and the kind of inquiries received. We expect  the prices may increase over the next few months and recommend buyers to make a decision to buy now as in next few months tax structure would change and may cause a price increase in the Real Estate sector as whole.  We would also like to thank all CREDAI members in putting up this successful show. ”

Adding to this Mr. G Ram Reddy, President CREDAI Telangnana said that, “We have received a tremendous response during this property show. We got a positive feedback from the consumers and also the developers who attended the show. People turned out in large number shedding the doubts about the future of real estate sector in the Telangana State and enquired for their dream home from more than 15000+ properties on display by 115 plus developers. The Property Show provided an opportunity to the developers from all over the state including of consultants, vendors, financial institutions to come at a common platform and explore business opportunity. After the measures announced by KTR Garu and the positive outlook by the Government of Telanagana the real estate sector in the state is bound to rise.”

Mr. P Ramakrishna Rao , General Secretary CREDAI, Hyderabad said, “This property show marks a new landmark for the real estate sector in the state of Telangana as it started  on the right note. A few months ago the government had issued GOs and simplified the Building Rules and removed certain bottlenecks in them and infused accountability and transparency in the Approval Processes and introduced Online, Single window Approval Mechanism, eliminating the human contact between the regulator and the developer.   The other announcement by the Hon’ble minister for MAUD Shree KT Rama Rao garu to integrate the 3-4 existing masterplans for Hyderabad into a single master plan within next 3 months will further ease the pain points and streamline the process of approvals further. “

According to Mr. Ramachandra Reddy, General Secretary, CREDAI Telangana, “The pro industry policies of our Chief Minister Shri. K. Chandrasekhar Rao has set the tone for the Property Show. The chief minister has ensured ease in doing business in Telangana and the other initiatives to develop the infrastructure. We can safely say that The State of Telangana has set an example before the whole country, on how progressive and pro-industry government can ignite the enthusiasm of the masses and trigger an era of  business reforms . We are overwhelmed with the fantastic response to the Property show over the last three days . “
